Say hello to Walmart Chargebacks! These include all charges issued to suppliers via Walmart’s High Radius portal dating back to the day you joined SupplyPike, giving you a complete picture of revenue loss. (Note: Post audits can still be found on the Post Audit page.)

List View: This brand-new feature provides a comprehensive List View of all Walmart chargebacks, organized by dispute status. Now you can bulk archive chargebacks you're done reviewing; search by invoice number while filtering by type, date, and more; and export your chargebacks for a detailed data set.

Details Page: Needing data points like document reference numbers, item texts, and charge status (Open/Closed)? All of these—along with any attached documentation from Walmart—can be found on the Details page. Plus, some chargebacks will have a “Learn More” button with further details about the charge.  

One-Click SQEP Disputing: If you subscribe to SupplyPike’s compliance and deductions services, you can access one-click disputing for SQEP deductions. We'll automatically fill in the dispute amount and populate the data you need to go after a SQEP charge. Only subscribed to Deductions? You’ll still have the option to create custom SQEP disputes!

Backup Requests: Walmart lets you request additional documentation, such as transaction data, on any chargebacks. Both the backup request form and any retailer responses can be found on the Details page, but the backup documents themselves are sent to you by email. You can also check your backup request status in the List View.

Auto Archive

Is your Actionable deductions list feeling a bit unwieldy? SupplyPike for Lowe’s new Auto Archive feature lets you automatically archive specific deduction codes you don’t plan to dispute. Any codes you Auto Archive will stay off your Actionable deductions list, helping you streamline your workflow and prioritize your revenue recovery to-do list.
